Choose from a variety of horse rides around the source of the beautiful White Nile. Our very calm Thoroughbred trekking horses are well schooled and very experienced at trekking. Our most popular horseback rides are the two-hour river and village ride or the wonderful luxury overnight package, staying at The Haven a beautiful riverside lodge.
Nearly all Overland and Safari tours in Uganda stop in Jinja and our horse riding activities complement your trip perfectly. Find weekend recreational activities for those working in Kampala or doing Volunteer work in the surrounding areas.
Abundant wildlife, huge rapids, incredible views make this horse riding experience distinctive and fascinating. Jinja has plenty of nearby accommodation. Our stables are opposite Bujagali falls on the Kampala side, just 10 minutes out of Jinja town centre and an hour and quarter from Kampala. We can also arrange transport to and from our premises just contact us. It's an inexpensive way to see the real Uganda. We can also organise other activities in Jinja or even a gorilla safari to the south west of Uganda.
